American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) CEO Mark Jensen tells Proactive's Stephen Gunnion that a plan to spin off its ReElement Technologies division into a standalone public company will benefit all stakeholders while giving investors more choice.
Jensen says American Resources will repurchase a 7.5% stake in ReElement, maintaining it as a subsidiary and maximising value for shareholders.
