Empire Metals Ltd (AIM:EEE) CEO Shaun Bunn explains to Proactive why he thinks it might have unearthed a "Giant" copper mineralised system at Pitfield in Western Australia.
A review of recent geophysical surveys and the historical exploration database confirmed all the hallmarks of a giant system are there, he says.
Bunn adds that the findings of the review represent a "massive scale event" and that the information being collected will help pinpoint the most promising areas of the 40km long site.
This will mean accelerating exploration activities at Pitfield including surface mapping, induced polarisation surveying and geochemical sampling.
