Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) said it has raised £800,000 to fund the development of its Cinnabar project in the US and ongoing work in Australia.

A development well at the Cinnabar project (Cinnabar-1) in Texas has already been drilled and flow rates will be announced before the end of November, said Mosman.

Frontier IP Group PLC (AIM:FIPP, OTC:FGPPF) has reported a 27% increase in its net assets per share to 88.5p as of 30 June 2022, up from 69.8p a year earlier.

The intellectual property investor saw its full-year basic earnings per share increase by 6% to 18.60p (2021: 17.47p) while total revenue and other operating income increased by 11% to £14,104,000 (2021: £12,668,000) reflecting the net unrealised profit on the revaluation of investments of £10,908,000 (2021: £12,306,000) and a realised profit on disposal of investments of £2,867,000 (2021: nil),

Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) said the next 24 months will see a “step-change” in opportunity as regulation drives additional growth in demand for its driver monitoring technology and it launches the next generation of its hardware.

For the year ended 30 June 2022, the company reported revenue of A$54.4mln, up 15% on the previous year, of which royalty revenue was up 141% to A$5.5mln.

Greatland Gold PLC (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) highlighted a positive exploration and development update released for the Havieron gold-copper project in Western Australia by joint venture partner Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM).

New high-grade mineralised intercepts were identified in Northern Breccia and between the South East Crescent and the Eastern Breccia, increasing the potential for these two zones to link, said Greatland.

MetalNRG PLC (LSE:MNRG) issued a statement following its litigation against BritEnergy Holdings LLP and BritNRG Ltd, which were required to pay £1.12mln by 4:00pm on 26 October, and according to the company it had received a total of £250,001 before the deadline and a further £250,000 of payments had been communicated but as yet have not been confirmed as received.

Accordingly, they are currently in default in the sum of £972,960.85, MetalNRG, said, whilst noting that it will today issue statutory demands for the unpaid balance, as a measure to protect it and its shareholders' interests, and, added that in the event that the balance is not paid in full it will seek to petition for the winding up of, or administrators appointed over, the Defendants on grounds of insolvency.
