Etruscus Resources advancing Rock & Roll project to drill-ready stage after completing 2022 field work

The work included an expanded induced-polarization (IP) survey at the main Discovery and Heather targets

Etruscus Resources (CSE:ETR, OTC:ETRUF) Corp told investors it aims to advance its Rock & Roll project in British Columbia's 'Golden Triangle' to drill-ready stage after completing this year's field exploration program.

The work included an expanded induced-polarization (IP) survey at the main Discovery and Heather targets, aimed at better outlining the depth potential of any mineralized system.

"Recent major discoveries in the Golden Triangle have been identified by drilling deep underneath large QSP alteration zones where previous operators did not recognize the potential," noted Carl Ryan, Etruscus' project geologist, in a statement.

"This season, geological mapping at the Discovery Target confirmed one such zone which has been successfully extended by 700 m to 1 km in length," he added.

"We thus expanded the IP Survey, greatly increasing the size and economic potential of this target. The next step is for us to apply the new 3D geophysical data to help properly advance it to a drill ready stage."

The 2022 field work also saw 128 soil samples, 70 rock samples, and 10 samples for near-infrared spectroscopy taken from across the Rock & Roll property.

All rock and soil samples have now been submitted to the lab, added the firm.

Vancouver-based Etruscus’s assets include the Lewis property in central Newfoundland, which is under option to acquire a 100% interest, and the 100%-owned Rock and Roll and Sugar properties comprising 27,880 hectares near the past producing Snip mine in northwest BC’s prolific Golden Triangle.
