Endexx Corp. announced that it has received hemp distribution authorization from four states – Louisiana, Alaska, Texas, and Iowa – which are known to have more detailed and strict requirements.
The developer and distributor of all-natural, plant-derived topical skincare products said the distribution authorization expands the national reach for all of the company’s products.
“As we have developed our products for a waiting market, we have also been extremely vigilant in ensuring that we complete each state’s licensing and compliance requirements to distribute our products,” Endexx CEO Todd Davis said in a statement.

“We continue to work diligently to achieve registration in all 50 states, all while carefully watching the changes federally,” Davis added.
Through its operating division CBD Unlimited, Endexx develops and distributes all-natural CBD products derived from cannabis sativa plants containing less than 0.1% THC. Its products include oils, capsules, topicals, and pet products, all with the shared purpose of therapeutic and pain relief.
