Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF) has published an inaugural Sustainability Report detailing how it plans to decarbonise its business and supply chains.
Targets include full disclosure of Scopes 1 and 2 and expansion of Scope 3 emissions in line with the Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting (SECR) framework alongside using SASB guidance for disclosing sustainability metrics.
Ceres said it is also reviewing practices against the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) framework, in preparation for transitioning to the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
