Open Orphan PLC (AIM:ORPH, OTC:OPORF) said its name change to hVIVO PLC will take effect on AIM from Wednesday, October 26.
hVIVo’s ticker will be HVO, with its web address becoming www.hvivo.com.
The specialist contract research group said shareholders will be unaffected by the change, with existing certificates remaining valid despite bearing the company’s old name.
The company carries out human trials to test infectious and respiratory disease vaccines, as well as therapeutics.
