Love Hemp Group, the brand-led consumer goods company focused on CBD health and wellness solutions, has provided clarity on the trading of its CBD brand LH Botanicals, and the UK-registered company LH Botanicals Ltd.
Products sold and owned under the brand name LH Botanicals will continue to be sold by Love Hemp Ltd. This brand is used primarily in business-to-business and white-label goods sales channels.
Independent of the LH Botanicals sales brand, on 23 April 2020, LH Botanicals Ltd was incorporated by the sole shareholder, Tony Calamita, chief executive officer of Love Hemp Group.
LH Botanicals Ltd has never traded and following confirmation from Love Hemp Group that this company was not required, Calamita has filed an application to strike it off the company register.
