Grid Metals Corp (TSX-V:GRDM, OTCQB:MSMGF) CEO Robin Dunbar joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding with Tantalum Mining for metallurgical testing on lithium spodumene ore from the Donner Lake Lithium Property at the Tanco Mine. Dunbar telling Proactive the Tanco Mine is currently the only North American based producer of lithium spodumene concentrate and with its proximity, using its facility for Donner Lake makes the most sense. The company is now working on getting permitting. The company has also completed a financing bringing in over 8 million dollars the treasury.
