Made.com invites firm offers after receiving several proposals

Based on its working capital requirements, Made.com said any firm offer would require interim financing

Made.com Group PLC (LSE:MADE) said it received several non-binding proposals after putting itself up for sale last month.

After receiving these proposals, the e-commerce fashion company said it has invited a select number of parties to make a firm offer by the end of October, after a due diligence process.

In a statement, Made.com said the proposals “provide a range of different transaction structures, including possible offers for the issued and to be issued share capital of the company.”

Based on its working capital requirements, Made.com said any firm offer would require interim financing in place at the time that firm offers are expected.

Current discussions with potential buyers can be changed or terminated at any point, and there is no guarantee an offer will be made, it said.
