Nextech AR Solutions Corp. (CSE:NTAR, OTCQB:NEXCF) has announced preliminary third-quarter results, revealing record sequential quarterly growth in 3D modeling revenue.

Revenue for the quarter was approximately $3 million, and total profit clocked in at about $1.25 million. Within that, 3D modeling revenue surged 170% compared to the second quarter.

Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd (CSE:HEAT, OTCQB:HLRTF) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hercules Electric Mobility, Inc, in which the companies will collaborate on a project to build, test and potentially commercialize a system that includes a Hillcrest 250-kilowatt, 800-volt inverter that has been optimized for a Hercules electric powertrain.

The clean energy company said the project will begin this month and is expected to run through March 2023, with potential applications including marine, automotive and other electric mobility products.

BioHarvest Sciences Inc said it has closed the first tranche of its previously reported oversubscribed private placing of convertible notes, bringing in a principal sum of C$6,878,243.65.

As reported on October 7 this year, Vancouver-based BioHarvest Sciences revealed that the private placement of up to C$6.3 million had been oversubscribed and had been increased to up to C$10 million in a bid to further accelerate VINIA sales growth and its cannabis commercialization activities in North America.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has provided an operations update, noting that rigs and equipment are currently moving into place for its Q4 tie-in, workover, and drilling program in Columbia and Canada.

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) said it has submitted a mining licence application for the proposed Ewoyaa lithium mine to the Minerals Commission of Ghana, a key step in the company’s aim of delivering the West African country’s first lithium mine.

"The application marks a significant milestone for the company having completed extensive exploration and technical programmes, environmental and social studies, economic studies and the valuation of the project,” said Lennard Kolff, Atlantic Lithium’s interim chief executive in a statement.

Anglo Asian Mining PLC (AIM:AAZ, OTC:AGXKF) has reported higher copper and silver production in the third quarter and maintained its overall annual production guidance of 54,000 to 58,000 gold equivalent ounces (GEOs).

The AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer also said the Zafar mine design has advanced well and that it remains on track to bring the new mine into production in 2023. Geotechnical drilling has been completed and the drill core is in the process of being tested, it said.

Sage n' Sour by Nordique Royale launches today. The company received its first PO for this product for $19,032 and is expected to receive replenishment PO's every 1 to 2 weeks for this product in addition to its other products. This launch is occurring in approximately 30% of all stores for the first 6 months and is expected to move into all stores thereafter. The size of its PO's are also expected to increase concurrently at that time. The company also has five other hash and cannabis flower products presently sold in Quebec and is launching several more in the coming months.

International Cobalt Corp (CSE:CO) said that it has terminated the business combination agreement with General Magnesium Corporation by mutual agreement of all parties. Following notice of the termination, it is expected that the company will be reinstated for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on October 14, 2022. The company also announced that it will be requesting a voluntary delisting of the common shares from the CSE due to prolonged weak market conditions, which it said would be in the best interests of its shareholders and the company in order to preserve its current business and capital. The company has determined that it must consider all measures necessary to preserve its business, including assessing cost cutting opportunities to preserve its working capital position. The cost of remaining a listed issuer is another factor that the Board of Directors has considered in determining that the best course of action for the company would be to delist. Despite the delisting, the company will continue to be subject to ongoing disclosure and other obligations as a reporting issuer under applicable securities legislation in Canada.
