Plurilock Security says Aurora Systems subsidiary wins US$972,000 order from the US Department of the Air Force

The award is part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program, a US Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Vehicle (GWAC)

Plurilock Security Inc. (TSX-V:PLUR) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Aurora Systems Consulting Inc has received a US$972,000 purchase order from the US Department of the Air Force.

The award is part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program, a US Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Vehicle (GWAC).

The cybersecurity firm said the order aligns with its stated goal of expanding within the government and defense verticals.

Since the start of the year, Plurilock and its subsidiaries have received a combined total of about US$25.3 million in disclosed sales, including the latest order, the company said.

Plurilock provides identity-centric cybersecurity for today's workforces, allowing organizations to operate safely and securely while reducing cybersecurity friction.

Separately, the company also announced that it has issued 237,895 common shares of the company at a deemed price of $0.19 per share to AGORA Internet Relations Corp for online marketing services.

The share issue represents the second and third (final) instalment payment of $40,000 plus applicable taxes. The parties agreed to terminate the service agreement on September 30, 2022.
