Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, OTCQX:DECPF) has announced that director Melanie Little is resigning from the company's board with effect from December 31, 2022, due to other commitments.
Little, who has been a member of the board since 2019, “is leaving the board in good standing and on amiable terms”, the company said in a statement.

Upon Little's departure, current board and remuneration committee member Sylvia Kerrigan will be named chair of the remuneration committee on January 1, 2023, it added.
