Europa Metals Ltd (AIM:EUZ, JSE:EUZ, OTC:EOPAF) executive chairman and acting CEO Myles Campion speaks to Proactive about an earn-in deal with Canadian group Denarius Metals at the Toral project in Spain.
The letter of intent for an option and joint-venture arrangement gives Denarius the right to acquire up to an 80% ownership interest in Toral in two stages.
Campion says the agreement will take Toral to the 'next level of development with a pre-feasibility study for the project now funded.
