Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC (LSE:HONY) has changed its name to Pollen Street PLC (LSE:POLN), which will see its shares trade under the new name and new ticker code from Monday, 10 October.
This follows the merger of the investment trust with its privately owned investment manager, Pollen Street Capital, completed at the end of last month.
As a result of the deal, the combined group has moved from being an investment trust to becoming a commercial company, which the board believes to be a more appropriate category to support the combined group's growth strategy.
The agreement was initially announced in February and shareholders approved the combination in June, with 85% of votes in favour.
The company's website address has also been amended to https://www.pollenstreetgroup.com.
