Emperor Energy Ltd (ASX:EMP) director Carl Dumbrell discusses with Proactive news that the company has signed an MoU with offshore Gippsland Basin gas producer and processor Cooper Energy Ltd (ASX:COE). He says the idea behind the agreement is to progress discussions regarding potential cooperation on the use of Cooper Energy’s Orbost Gas Processing Facility and adjacent sites for the processing and export of gas from a development of the Judith Gas Field.
