EverGen Infrastructure Corp (TSX-V:EVGN) has added financial muscle to its executive team with the appointment of Sean Hennessy as its new CFO.
Hennessy is a familiar face around EverGen, having previously held the position of vice president, finance & controller.
The new CFO is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in the clean energy and infrastructure industries, which includes ten years at a global energy infrastructure company owned by Brookfield Business Partners.

"Sean brings extensive financial and strategic experience to EverGen. He has been deeply involved with EverGen since the beginning of this year and this move is a seamless transition to bring our CFO role in-house.”
Edgelow made sure to thank Natasha Monk, EverGen’s interim CFO and partner at Affirm LLP and noted that Monk will continue to work with and support EverGen as the company's primary accounting and tax advisor.
Based in Canada’s West Coast, EverGen is an established independent renewable energy producer which acquires, develops, builds, owns and operates a portfolio of Renewable Natural Gas, waste-to-energy, and related infrastructure projects.
