ECR Minerals PLC (AIM:ECR) updated on ongoing sampling activity at the Lolworth Range project, in North Queensland, Australia.
The company, in a statement, said that the exploration programme is ‘well ahead of schedule’ and is close to 75% complete – more than 91 samples have so far been despatched from the project and are awaiting results from the laboratory.
“Although it is early in the planned exploration schedule, we’ve made a very encouraging start to what will be a detailed and exhaustive exploration programme,” said chief executive Andrew Haythorpe.
“Once the remaining samples have been collected and documented, we will then move to establish a shortlist of targets for further exploration.”
“I look forward to reporting shortly our conclusions once the remaining sampling work has been completed.”
