Vicinity Motor Corp said it has begun deliveries of the first Class 3 electric truck to roll off the assembly line in Canada, with advance orders for the VMC 1200 far exceeding its expectations. Vicinity Motor CEO William Trainer said his company’s VMC 1200 truck will help British Columbia and Canada become leaders in the EV sector, while supporting ambitious government targets for net-zero transportation, local job growth, and economic diversification. "With the 1200 recently qualifying for Transport Canada's $550-million subsidy program for medium-duty zero-emission vehicles, it has only become more appealing to commercial transportation operators seeking to reduce costs, eliminate carbon emissions, and run more efficient fleets," Trainer said in a statement.

Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp said it has signed a letter of intent with the Fond du Lac Denesuline First Nation, as the company proposes to increase its high-grade rare earth elements and gallium mining operations within the traditional territories of the northern Saskatchewan First Nation. The letter was effective as of September 22, 2022, and refers to Appia’s 100%-owned Alces Lake property. Fond du Lac lies approximately 60 kilometres (km) south of the 60 Parallel and about 1,275 km northwest of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The letter outlines the working relationship between Appia Rare Earths & Uranium and Fond du Lac and moves the Alces Lake project forward by negotiating final agreements, the company said.

Renforth Resources Inc (CSE:RFR, OTCQB:RFHRF) said the results from the July channel sampling program at the Lalonde structure at its Surimeau battery metals project in Quebec have validated the company's further work in the area. The sampling this summer revealed mineralization in a second channel, previously only seen within the historic pit at Lalonde, said Renforth. The July work also confirmed a second, undrilled and not previously seen mineralized horizon at Victoria, which sits around 3.7 kilometres (km) north of the Victoria stripped area. A current stripping program at Lalonde has discovered two shears, a north and a south, the company also noted.

Leede Jones Gable warmed to plans by CareRx Corporation to expand into Atlantic Canada estimating it could add up to C$2.4 million to annual revenues going forward. The broker reiterated its buy rating and C$5.50 price target following the news that CareRx has signed a multi-year contract to provide pharmacy services to residents in multiple senior living facilities in the region. Leede Jones Gable said the move represents a geographic expansion from its mostly Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia operations with clients already in place to add 600 new long-term care/assisted living beds under management.

PyroGenesis Canada Inc confirmed that it has received a payment of approximately $682,000 under the exclusivity contract with DROSITE International LLC. The Montreal-based high-tech company which designs, manufactures and sells advanced plasma processes and sustainable solutions to reduce greenhouse gases said that in addition to the payment received on Tuesday, PyroGenesis expects to receive further payments, the timing of which has been scheduled to match the end-user’s cash flow. “The payment announced today was made in accordance with a revised payment schedule to better align with the end-user’s operating cash flows,” PyroGenesis CEO P. Peter Pascali said in a statement.

PharmaDrug Inc (CSE:PHRX, OTCQB:LMLLF) has announced the completion of cGMP (good manufacturing practices) production of a multi-kilogram batch of cepharanthine-2HCl, a key ingredient in PD-001, the oral version of cepharanthine. Completion of this lot advances the company's efforts to support pre-clinical and clinical development, including the commencement of Phase 2 clinical studies, for parallel indications in oncology and infectious disease. Aben Resources (TSX-V:ABN, OTCQB:ABNAF) Ltd has announced that it has entered into an option agreement with Rackla Metals Inc granting Rackla the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Hit property in Yukon, Canada. The company said under the terms of the agreement, Rackla may acquire a 100% interest in the property, which consists of 24 mineral claims, by paying C$25,000 to the company within three business days following the closing date. Within 12 months of the closing date, Rackla must also pay a further C$25,000 to the company, issue 250,000 common shares in the capital of Rackla to Aben, and incur a total of C$100,000 in qualified expenditures on the property.

Wellbeing Digital Sciences (NEO:MEDI.AQN, OTCQB:KONEF) Inc has announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to add three clinics into the company’s clinical ecosystem, supporting its continued focus on increasing its North American clinical footprint strategy. The company said the clinics are well-established providers of pain management based in San Diego and Las Vegas that under Wellbeing’s management will provide IV ketamine therapy, clinical trial management and site support for psychedelic medicines, dietary supplements, and other natural medicines. Future services may also include digital therapeutics interventions and reconsolidation of traumatic memories therapy, Wellbeing said.

EverGen Infrastructure Corp (TSX-V:EVGN) revealed that construction on the first phase of its GrowTEC RNG Expansion project is 80% complete and is “tracking ahead of schedule.” Headquartered on the west coast of Canada, EverGen is an established independent renewable energy producer and GrowTEC is its operating biogas facility focused on sustainable agriculture through the conversion of organic waste to soil amendments and clean energy. Since acquiring a 67% interest and assuming operatorship of the project earlier this year, EverGen has been successful in implementing the project designed to upgrade existing biogas and power production to renewable natural gas (RNG). The company said the project is finalizing construction of the injection infrastructure for tie-in into the local pipeline network and is anticipated to be ready to commission in the next month.

Braxia Scientific Corp has announced the expansion of its ketamine therapy program to help Floridians cope with mental health, including those affected by Hurricane Ian. Braxia’s wholly-owned KetaMD subsidiary provides at-home ketamine treatments for Florida residents suffering from depression and related mental health conditions through telemedicine and a mobile app. Ketamine has been shown to treat various mental health conditions such as treatment-resistant depression, according to Braxia.

Fobi AI (TSX-V:FOBI, OTCQB:FOBIF) Inc has signed a joint reseller partnership with XInfluence, an influencer platform servicing some of the top brands and retailers in North America, the company announced. XInfluence will resell the Passcreator by Fobi Wallet pass to its customers, and Fobi will resell the XInfluence media platform in turn.

Northstar Gold Corp has announced a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate proceeds of C$1.6 million. The company said the offering includes a flow-through component of 10 million flow-through units at a price of $0.085 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $850,000. Each flow-through unit is comprised of one flow-through share and one non-flow-through share purchase warrant, which is exercisable for one non-flow-through share at an exercise price of $0.10 for a term of 24 months after the closing. The offering also includes 10 million non-flow-through units at a price of $0.075 per non-flow-through unit for gross proceeds of up to $750,000.

Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) announced that it has received 28 software as a service (SaaS) license sales totaling over $1 million in total contract value, with $340,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR), for its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022, which ended September 30. The cloud-based digital experience software provider said its cross-selling and upsell strategy remains strong, with 13 license sales to its existing customer base on top of 15 newly-won customers.

Casa Minerals Inc (TSX-V:CASA, OTC:CASXF) revealed that it has successfully completed the first phase of diamond drilling, totaling nearly 6,828 feet at its Congress gold deposit in the Martinez mining district of Yavapai County, in Arizona. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said the drilling intersected newly discovered vein structures, as well as the formerly productive Congress and Niagara veins. The initial phase of drilling was designed to improve historic data and to generate updated information on the geology and mineralization of the Congress gold mine gold-bearing structures. Distinct veining structures were encountered as expected, as well as previously unrecorded veins, said the company.

It is also looking into new environment-friendly more efficient methodologies, while processing manganese at a lower competitive cost.

Royal Helium Ltd (TSX-V:RHC, OTCQB:RHCCF) said it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of investment dealers led by Cormark Securities Inc for a bought deal purchase of 19,231,000 units of the company at $0.26 each, raising gross proceeds of approximately $5 million. Each unit will consist of one common share of Royal and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant being exercisable to acquire one common share at $0.32 for a period of 36 months following the closing of the offering. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,884,650 units, representing 15% of the base offering, at the offering price exercisable within 30 days after the closing for additional gross proceeds of up to $750,009.

Vox Royalty Corp (TSX-V:VOX) has provided a glimpse into some positive developments across its royalty portfolio, including first production from the expanded Binduli North project in Western Australia. Binduli North, which is covered by Vox’s Janet Ivy royalty, started production in June 2022 and is expected to deliver annual royalty revenues of up to A$2.5 million over an estimated 10-year mine life. Vox holds a A$0.50/tonne production royalty over the Janet Ivy gold mine.

Lobe Sciences Ltd (CSE:LOBE, OTCQB:LOBED) announced that it has expanded its patent portfolio through the filing of international patents in Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia. The filings are for methods, compositions and devices for treating mild traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder and mild traumatic brain injury with post-traumatic stress disorder. "This important step is a significant demonstration of our capabilities, particularly as we expand our footprint globally through conducting controlled clinical trials with our patent-pending compound and expanding our patent portfolio internationally,” CEO Philip J. Young said in a statement.

Nickel North Exploration Corp (TSX-V:NNX) revealed that it has completed the XRF testing on the 381 soil samples from its 2022 field work, which has allowed the company to confirm and expand previously-defined nickel-copper and platinum-group elements (PGE) mineralized zones at its Hawk Ridge project in northern Québec. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based exploration company said the soil sampling program covered the five previously-defined mineralization targets involving an area of approximately 25 square kilometers. Nickel North said the XRF testing on the soil samples not only confirms and expands the previously-defined nickel-copper and PGE mineralization targeting areas but has identified two new strong cobalt anomalies in the Lucille Zone and Falco 7 Zone.

Bloom Health Partners Inc (CSE:BLMH, OTCQB:BLMHF), a leading provider of diagnostic and health technology services, has announced a leadership transition following the departure of Andrew Morton as its chief executive officer on September 30, 2022. Morton, who stepped down to pursue other opportunities, remains a director of the company. In his place, the company’s chief operating officer Rosemary Elliston has been appointed to the position of Interim CEO.

RecycLiCo Battery Materials (TSX-V:AMY, OTCQB:AMYZF) Inc announced that its name has officially been changed from American Manganese, to better reflect the company’s core competencies and mission in lithium-ion battery recycling and upcycling, while clearly communicating the commercial opportunities to potential partners and shareholders. The company said its common shares began trading on the various stock exchanges under the new name on October 3, 2022. “In light of the immense global applications for our patented technology, it was evident that these applications were much broader than mining manganese, as our previous name suggested,” RecycLiCo CEO and director Zarko Meseldzija said in a statement.

CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ:CLSK) said it had increased its hashrate and grew its Bitcoin balance during the month of September. The Bitcoin mining firm mined 448 Bitcoin in September, up 13% from the previous month, and saw a hashrate of 4.16 exa has (EH) per second, up 21% from August 2022. Las Vegas-based CleanSpark has mined 3,090 Bitcoin so far in 2022.

Evergold Corp (TSX-V:EVER, OTC:EVGUF) announced that its geological staff has mobilized to the company’s 100% owned Holy Cross gold-silver property in British Columbia (BC), in advance of fully-financed plans to carry out up to 2,500 metres (m) of drilling. The precious metals-focused explorer said drilling is expected to begin by mid-month and follows recent geophysical and soil geochemical surveys that have helped to define drill targets. “The Holy Cross property has the potential to host a significant discovery, as mining majors Noranda and Phelps Dodge were attracted to it in their day for its large-scale alteration and geochemical anomalies,” Evergold CEO Kevin Keough said in a statement.

Irwin Naturals Inc said it reached a binding agreement on September 30, 2022 to acquire Ketamine Infusions of Idaho, PLLC, which operates a clinic in Idaho Falls. The clinic will join Irwin Naturals Emergence which already has deals to add 11 clinics across six different states. This clinic will be the chain's first in Idaho. In a statement, Klee Irwin, CEO of Irwin Naturals said: "We are so impressed by the care and expertise that Christina Stubbs and her team provide, and we are truly excited to welcome this clinic into our rapidly expanding family. Universal Ibogaine Inc (TSX-V:IBO) reported it was set to carry out an offering of convertible debt securities with net proceeds to be used to complete its planned ibogaine-based clinical trial application with Health Canada and for working capital. Net proceeds will also be used for finalizing a supply agreement for ibogaine to be used in the eventual trials, said the life sciences group. CEO Nick Karos said: "We are pleased to have generated support for this offering, for which we intend to finalize commitments shortly for a funding target of up to $15 million."

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc has unveiled the series of transactions ahead of the spinout of its Coniagas Battery Metals Inc subsidiary into a separate public company, including the distribution of around 11.75 million shares of Coniagas to company shareholders as a dividend. Canada Silver Cobalt will acquire the shares as consideration for the impending transfer to Coniagas of the nickel-copper-cobalt Graal property in Quebec. The proposed dividend of 11.75 million shares of Coniagas will be made on the basis of one Coniagas share and half-warrant for every 17.27 shares of Canada Silver Cobalt on a date to be selected, the company said. Coniagas intends to apply for listing on a Canadian stock exchange and to file a non-offering prospectus with the Canadian provincial securities commissions to qualify the distribution of the Coniagas shares and warrants.

Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) said new purchase orders for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 were more than US$1.9 million. The orders are for space and defense hardware, plus services supporting multiple of its customers. Sidus Space CEO Carol Craig said space and defense hardware manufacturing has proven to be a steady revenue stream for Sidus as it brings additional offerings to market.

Psyched Wellness Ltd (CSE:PSYC, OTCQB:PSYCF) said it has strengthened its IP portfolio by updating its existing provisional patent on its Amanita Muscaria extract AME-1 and filing a US provisional patent for Amanita Muscaria material, extract, and compounds in vaporizer formulations and devices with the US Patent and Trademark Office. VanadiumCorp Resource Inc (TSX-V:VRB) revealed that metallurgical bulk sampling had begun at its flagship Lac Dore deposit in Quebec to excavate vanadiferous titanomagnetite from historic trenches. "With the bulk samples, the company plans to promptly execute a multifaceted testing program on its Lac Dore deposit," the mining firm said. "Large grinding and novel mineral separation tests will be performed in Q4 2022 and Q1 2023. "An estimated 5 tonnes or more of high-quality concentrates from the bulk samples will feed new hydrometallurgical tests in January 2023." VanadiumCorp also owns 100% of a newly patented hydrometallurgical process called VEPT, which consists of digesting feedstocks into concentrated sulfuric acid to recover vanadium, titanium, ferrous sulphate, and silica products from mineral concentrate feedstocks such as titanomagnetite.

X1 Esports and Entertainment Ltd said it has completed the purchase of Octane.GG, an online stats and news outlet which focuses on the popular video game, Rocket League. Vancouver-based X1 Esports said this includes consulting agreements with two key personnel from Octane, who will be responsible for the continued operation of the platform. In addition, X1 Esports said it will pay a cash purchase price of $35,000. Out of that, it said $17,500 was paid in connection with the closing of the acquisition, and that $17,500 will be payable within 45 days after the closing date.

KULR Technology Group Inc (NYSE:KULR) announced that it has secured an initial deployment order totaling over $500,000 from a leading Department of Defense (DoD) contractor. The developer of next-generation lithium-ion battery safety and thermal management technologies said the initial deployment order is for immediate delivery with the potential for a multi-million-dollar deployment order to run through 2023.

G Mining Ventures Corp (TSX-V:GMIN, OTCQX:GMINF) said it will buydown 1% of the 2.5% net smelter return royalty (NSR) on its Tocantinzinho gold project in Brazil for US$3.5 million in cash. The company will pay, as part of a 2003 agreement, the original royalty holders and be left with a 1.5% NSR on the asset.

Melkior Resources Inc announced that, through the strategic partnership with Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd (TSX:AEM), it has expanded the current drill program at its Carscallen project in northern Ontario to 6,100 metres (m). The junior explorer said drilling to date has focused on targets within the Shenkman, ZamZam, Mystery and 1010 zones and the drill program is expected to finish by mid-October.
