AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF, ETR:QC8) said it intends to appoint Peter Dixon-Clarke to the board as its chief financial officer.
A further announcement will be made when his appointment becomes effective, said the hydrogen power company.
Dixon-Clarke has 30 years of experience in senior financial roles, mainly in the energy and financial services sector.
AFC Energy said Dixon-Clarke has been involved in equity raising, debt financing and reorganising in his previous roles.
Most recently, he was chief financial officer at Invinity Energy Systems, an AIM-listed vanadium battery company.
Previous positions also include leadership roles at Hotspur Geothermal and Rockhopper Exploration.
