The model is for illustrative purposes only and uses previously reported JORC mineral resource estimates and drill results up to 8 September.
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, OTCQX:DECPF) confirmed the completion is its latest acquisition in its ‘Central Region’ (Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana) adding 9,000 barrels oil equivalent production in a US$240mln deal (US$210mln net).
The deal covers 31mln barrels of proved developed producing (PDP) reserves, with the acquisition cost marked at 2.5x PDP-only assets. The acquired assets are expected to contribute US$82mln of annual earnings (adjusted EBITDA) based on cash margins of around 70%.
Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) has teamed up Telefónica subsidiary Movistar Mexico to streamline mobile payments through direct carrier billing (DCB), aiming to promote the adoption of digital content and services among Movistar’s subscribers in Mexico.
Through the DCB performed via the Bango payment platform, users will be able to conduct faster and frictionless transactions in the major app stores and consume digital services while providing greater transparency and control over their purchases, Bango said in a statement.

Roquefort Therapeutics PLC (LSE:ROQ) chair Stephen West and non-executive director Simon Sinclair have purchased the company’s shares in the market, respectively buying 244,656 (paying an average price of 8.175p) and 60,415 (at 8.276p), investing £19,999.79 and £4,999.97. It takes West’s interest in the company to 5.3mln shares, or 4.11%, and, Sinclair’s to 60,415 or 0.05%.
Sirius Real Estate Limited chief executive Andrew Coombs has bought 16,000 of the company’s shares off market, priced at 70.5p (an £11,288 investment), to increase his interest in the company to 9.8mln shares or 0.83% of the company.
MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (LSE:MXC, OTC:MGCLF, ASX:MXC), in a statement, acknowledged infringement notices issued by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care totalling A$306,960 “on the basis of the delegate's reasonable belief that the Company had contravened therapeutic goods advertising laws in its promotion of medicinal cannabis products on the Company's website and its social media platforms.”
The company said it had cooperated fully with the TGA to remedy the issues raised, including removing all posts of concern from its social media channels, some of which were third-party posts, and placing the company's website into maintenance. It expects to make live the updated website in November following a rebrand exercise.
