Crossword Cybersecurity PLC (AIM:CCS) chief financial officer Mary Dowd joined Proactive after the cyber security and risk management specialist raised £3.6mln in an oversubscribed capital raise.
Dowd attributes the continuing support from shareholders to the company's achievements, including strong revenue growth as more companies recognise the need for cyber security.
