Sean Smith, Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF)'s CEO, tells Proactive that after four years since its application it has received US EPA authorisation for two insecticide products and also a portfolio of active ingredients.
Subsequent steps for final approvals should be relatively straightforward, he says, and on a state-by-state basis, with California already giving the nod subject to EPA approval.
The US market currently is worth around US$300mln annually but potentially there is a US$500mln target for it to go for. Smith believes.
