Boohoo Group PLC (AIM:BOO) said Shaun McCabe, the group’s new chief financial officer, will start his role on 3 October.
McCabe was announced as the online fashion retailer’s CFO on 23 June 2022, and will replace Neil Catto,
Catto “will transition to an executive director” said Boohoo, while remaining on the board, also from 3 October.
