Gratomic Inc announced that it has been granted four additional prospecting licenses for graphite exploration by Brazil's National Mining Agency in new promising areas, totalling 6,312 hectares, near its existing Capim Grosso graphite project in Brazil. The graphite projects developer said it is permitted to execute various geological exploration activities, such as surface sampling, trenching, drilling, and associated laboratory analysis, to find and estimate the mineralization potential on the newly-granted licenses.

Reunion Gold Corporation (TSX-V:RGD, OTCQB:RGDFF), a leading gold explorer in the Guiana Shield in South America, has announced stock options to purchase up to a total of 3.5 million shares of the company at an exercisable price of $0.35 were granted to officers and a director of the company in accordance with the terms of Reunion’s stock option plan. The company said the stock options are exercisable for a period of five years expiring September 26, 2027, and are vesting in three tranches over a period of two years.

Talon Metals Corp said the company and its partner Fleet Space Technologies, Australia's leading space company, have agreed to pilot Fleet’s ExoSphere rapid mineral exploration solutions at Talon’s exploration projects in Minnesota and Michigan. The company said Fleet’s new “earth scanning” technology could increase drilling accuracy and decrease land disturbance in exploration for high-grade nickel deposits. Fleet’s ExoSphere technology scans the ground using an advanced seismic tomography technique, called Ambient Noise Tomography, where highly transportable ‘Geode’ devices listen to faint background vibrations from natural and man-made sources.

Electric Royalties Ltd (TSX-V:ELEC, OTC:ELECF) private investor Stefan Gleason has filed an early warning report and purchased an additional 2% of the company’s outstanding shares, bringing his stake to roughly 15.4%. Gleason purchased 304,900 shares for $C90,739, or an average price of nearly $0.30 per share. "I am thrilled to continue snatching up steeply undervalued shares of this first-mover battery metals company, especially as its royalty portfolio appears poised to spin off several million dollars in annual cash flow within the next three years," Gleason said in a statement. "Management has demonstrated it can ink accretive deals while carefully guarding shareholder interests."

TAAL Distributed Information Technologies inc (CSE:TAAL, OTCQX:TAALF) (TAAL) has an admirer in broker Leede Jones Gable which has initiated coverage of the Canadian-based, vertically integrated blockchain technology company with a 'Buy' rating and a C$3 price target. The broker wrote in a note that it had come to recognize the potential of the Bitcoin protocol after initially dismissing the hype surrounding cryptocurrency. TAAL is engaged in the ownership and management of scalable, clean-energy blockchain infrastructure upon which it will deliver blockchain-as-a-service solutions for Web 3.0 services and applications with global reach, enabling the next era of global data commerce and real-world utility, the broker commented.

Blue Sky Uranium Corp has announced the launch of a comprehensive field exploration program at the Cateo Cuatro sector of its Amarillo Grande Uranium-Vanadium Project (AGP) in Argentina to refine drilling targets. Additionally, the company said it has advanced the Ivana East target to the drill-testing stage. The Ivana East target is 10 kilometers (km) east of the Ivana deposit, and Cateo Cuatro is located 32 km to the southwest. These targets have been prioritized by the company as part of its strategy to define additional uranium deposits within the 145 km long AGP.

Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) said its CEO Carol Craig is a winner in the 15th Annual Globee Women World Awards and a finalist in the 19th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. SinglePoint Inc revealed that its subsidiary BPA Solutions will launch new consulting services to assist qualifying organizations receive reimbursements through Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) public assistance funding. The Charleston, South Carolina-based company noted that FEMA is providing funding to eligible organizations for costs related to emergency protective measures due to coronavirus (COVID-19). The federal agency announced the inclusion of air purification as a grant-qualifying protective measure, noted the company. According to the company, the streamlined application threshold has been raised from $131,000 to $1 million per organization since April 2020 when the public assistance funding was first introduced.

GreenBank Capital Inc (CSE:GBC) said it has agreed to acquire an additional 29.5% of Staminier Ltd, in what constitutes a "significant step" towards full GreenBank ownership of Staminier. The move followed a request from the shareholders of Staminier, the next-generation investment firm said. In a separate statement, GreenBank announced a new internal marketing strategy, which will produce the framework to implement the first phase of consistently delivered content creation and communications. "We are pleased to have significantly increased our stake in Staminier and feel that the close working relationship between the two companies is already providing substantial enhanced financial value,” commented GreenBank CEO Terry Pullen in a statement.

NV Gold Corporation (TSX-V:NVX, OTC:NVGLF) announced that it has completed four reverse circulation (RC) drill holes, totaling 487.7 metres, at the Sandy project in Nevada and has initiated a first-stage, two-to-four-hole drill program at the Pickhandle gold project, also in Nevada. The exploration company said the Pickhandle gold target’s surface geology, alteration, structural complexity, and geochemical environment are strongly indicative of a ‘Carlin-type’ gold environment, with gold values from rock chip sampling grading up to 1.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold.

NioCorp Developments Ltd and GX Acquisition Corp II (GXII) have announced the signing of a proposed business combination between the two companies, to acquire funds for high-grade niobium mining in Nebraska. Under the business combination agreement, NioCorp said it will acquire GXII, a US-based special purpose acquisition company, and intends to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange soon after the acquisition closes, which is expected in the first quarter of 2023. NioCorp shares will also continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The proposed transaction values the combined entity at an estimated enterprise value of US$313.5 million, according to NioCorp, adding that GXII will survive the merger as a subsidiary of NioCorp. GXII shareholders will receive shares in NioCorp at closing, based on a conversion ratio reflecting that post-merger enterprise value.

Renforth Resources Inc (CSE:RFR, OTCQB:RFHRF) said that initial results validate the extent of surface mineralization at Quebec's newest battery metals district, the company’s 330-square kilometer Surimeau District property. The Pickering, Ontario-based company shared promising results from prospecting targeting the polymetallic intrusive mineralization at Surimeau obtained from the Victoria and Lalonde trends during the May-to-July season this year, prior to trenching. Renforth said the results include 0.71% nickel (Ni) in a grab sample from a previously unexplored area of central Victoria, east of the Rapide 7 road and two assay results of 0.32% Ni in two separate grab samples obtained within the current stripping area at Lalonde west.

Pure Gold Mining Inc (TSX-V:PGM, LSE:PUR, OTC:LRTNF) reported that it has now filed the previously-announced NI 43-101 resource update for its PureGold mine in Red Lake, Ontario. As reported in August this year, the new estimate, prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc, showed 1.65 million ounces of gold at 7.4 grams per tonne (g/t) in the indicated category, and 0.37 million ounces of gold at 6.3 g/t in the inferred. The report replaced a previous version from February 2019 and will form the basis of a new pre-feasibility study (PFS) and updated Life of Mine plan, which is expected to be ready in the fourth quarter of 2022, the company had said.

Vicinity Motor Corp said it has engaged SagePoint Capital Partners as special advisor to provide advice and assistance with various strategic, corporate development, and capital markets related initiatives. “The capital markets require expertise to navigate successfully and SagePoint brings this experience to Vicinity. As an extension of management, SagePoint will help augment our overarching business and capital markets strategies as we continue to expand our shareholder register with high-quality, long-term supportive investors,” Vicinity Motor founder and CEO William Trainer said. “We believe now is the opportune time to close the gap that exists between our end market acceptance and our capital markets positioning. In a related development, SagePoint said it will issue 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants priced at C$1.68 each, representing a 20% premium to the market price. The warrants will vest on the 12-month anniversary of issuance, and will expire on the 36-month anniversary of issuance. The issue is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Additionally, SagePoint said it will receive cash compensation of $200,000 payable in quarterly instalments.

GoviEx Uranium Inc (TSX-V:GXU, OTCQX:GVXXF) has announced that, further to its news release of December 20, 2019, it has received the final payment related to the 2018 Linkwood loan from Linkwood Holdings Pte Ltd and Medea Capital Partners Limited. In a brief statement, CEO of GoviEx Daniel Major said: "We are pleased to have received the final payment from Linkwood for this outstanding loan. The proceeds from this payment will be used to fund continued exploration activities at our Mutanga project in Zambia and to continue the development of our Madaouela project." The Linkwood loan was declared to be in default in 2019 and accrued a default interest rate of 11.5% per annum. At the end of May this year, Linkwood had already repaid US$2.2 million in cash. The final payment of the loan was in the form of free-trading ordinary shares Linkwood held in a publicly listed company. In 2018, GoviEx provided Linkwood with a loan to fund its purchase of GoviEx shares then held by the Toshiba Corporation as part of a transaction that allowed GoviEx to buy back the uranium loan it received from Toshiba in 2012, at a 50% discount for US$4.5 million.

Irwin Naturals Inc said it intends to start, on September 26, 2022, a normal course issuer bid under which it may purchase up to 75,466, or 5%, of the company's issued and outstanding subordinate voting shares over a 12-month period. The company said it believes the market price of its shares may not fully reflect the underlying value of its business and prospects and that at such times the repurchase of its shares for cancellation represents an appropriate use of the company's financial resources and will enhance shareholder value. "We are emerging to be the dominant player in the disruptive psychedelic mental health care sector. Our roll-up of ketamine clinics is picking up momentum,” CEO Klee Irwin said in a statement.

Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) has said it continues to extend the “exceptional” mineralization from the ongoing 2021-2022 pre-feasibility drilling campaign at its Cangrejos Project in Ecuador. Results from the final seventeen drill holes— fifteen from the Gran Bestia Ridge and two from Cangrejos—included one hole from the namesake deposit which returned 118 meters (m) from surface grading 0.64 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 0.12% copper, for a gold-equivalent grade of 0.83 g/t. “Receiving the final assays from Lumina’s 36,000-metre PFS (pre-feasibility study) drill campaign allows resource estimation work to commence, which is a critical path item for completion of the PFS,” Lumina Gold president and CEO Marshall Koval said in a statement announcing the remaining results from the drilling campaign.

Royal Fox Gold Inc (TSX-V:FOXG) announced that insiders have exercised a total of 6.5 million warrants of the company having a strike price of C$0.06. The company also reminds warrant holders of the necessity to exercise warrants before the closing of the transaction with Northern Superior Resources Inc in order to be entitled to receive the contingent value right (CVR) as part of the Transaction. The CVR could be worth up to 0.06 of an additional share of Northern Superior, a value of approximately C$0.03 per share of Royal Fox based on the closing price of Northern Superior shares on September 23, 2022. To receive the CVR, and therefore be entitled to further consideration shares, the company recommends that warrant holders complete the warrant exercise process by no later than October 28, 2022. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place on or around November 4, 2022.

Think Research Corporation (TSX-V:THNK, OTCQB:THKKF) announced that it has entered into an amended credit agreement with The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) that will update and align its terms with its existing credit facilities with Beedie Investments Ltd.
