Infinity Stone Ventures Corp (CSE:GEMS) has announced that its common shares will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (OTCQB) in the US under the ticker symbol 'TLOOF' at the market open on Friday, September 23.
The company said its shares will continue trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol 'GEMS'.
“We are pleased to commence trading on the OTCQB,” Infinity Stone Ventures CEO Zayn Kalyan said in a statement.

“This listing, together with DTC eligibility, should help expand our company's exposure to US based investors and enhance trading liquidity for our US based shareholders,” Kalyan added.
Infinity Stone noted it has applied to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for a symbol change, with the application including 'GEMSF' as the preferred choice.
The company added that its Class A Subordinate Voting shares are eligible for book-entry and depository services at the Depository Trust Company (DTC), which will facilitate electronic clearing and settlement of transfers in the US.
Infinity Stone’s mission is to be a diversified, single-source supplier for the critical energy metals being used in the clean energy revolution alongside its established Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution portfolio. The company's primary business units include HealthCheck (Stratum Health Technologies LLC) and its energy metals portfolio.
