Magnia Mining CEO Jason Jessup joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share details the company has been given conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to proceed with the proposed acquisition of Lonmin Canada and specifically the Denison project in Ontario. Jessup telling Proactive the completion of this deal is expected to sometime in October.
