Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF)'s (Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF)) CEO, Phil Caldwell, touched on the company's partnership deals that are in progress with Bosch and Weichai in China when he spoke with Proactive's Chris Rhodes.
Talks have been underway for a year and are 'really close' to a conclusion. he says. It will be a third manufacturing operation for its technology, says Caldwell, with it receiving an upfront licensing fee and ongoing recurring royalties.
Caldwell says these agreements are similar to ARM Holdings' successful mobile chip technology licensing model but in clean tech.
