Yorkville Asset Management Managing Director of Private Investment Ralph Desando and Portfolio Manager Derek Brenzil joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has made an acquisition adding Back in Motion Health to the company. Desando telling Proactive, Back in Motion operates in physiotherapy, massage, active rehabilitation, occupational therapy, psychological services, and multidisciplinary treatment programs in British Columbia since 1993. This will also provide the company with a recurring revenue stream. Brenzil shares with Proactive more about the growth plans including expansion into Ontario and other provinces.
