Vox Royalty Corp (TSX-V:VOX) chief investment officer Spencer Cole joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news that the company's board of directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly dividend program.
The company has declared an inaugural quarterly cash dividend of US$0.01 per common share to be paid in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Cole said the dividend demonstrates management's confidence in Vox's underlying portfolio of mining royalties.
