Sidus Space Inc (NASDAQ:SIDU) has announced that its principal satellite engineer Ryan Jeffrey has been included in the Space & Satellite Professionals International “20 under 35” list. The company said the annual list of “20 under 35” features 20 young professionals who continue to demonstrate growth potential within their organization and will be industry professionals to watch in the future. Jeffrey joined Sidus parent company Craig Technologies in 2013, completing an internship before joining full-time as a manufacturing engineer.

Majuba Hill Copper Corp (CSE:JUBA) has reported results from a mineral inventory estimate at its Majuba Hill porphyry copper project in Pershing County, Nevada. The property-wide inventory was conducted as an exploration guide for Majuba Hill's ongoing drilling program, the company said, noting that there has not been sufficient exploration to estimate a current mineral resource.

DGTL Holdings Inc announced that its wholly-owned Engagement Labs (TSX-V:EL) subsidiary has signed a new PaaS (platform as a service) service contract for the third year with a major multinational media conglomerate's sports division, valued at more than C$110,000. The New-York based group, which is building a portfolio of digital media software subsidiaries, said the premium sports content provider will continue to leverage Engagement Labs (TSX-V:EL)’ proprietary TotalSocial technologies for its proven predictive data and analytics of consumer engagement and sales, as well as other key business performance indicators such as multimedia broadcast viewership and digital engagement.

Québec Nickel Corp has reported that a second drill rig has begun turning at its Ducros project, which will complete around 3,000 metres (m) at the Ducros Ultramafic Sill Complex (DUSC) target. The DUSC is around two kilometres (km) wide by around 10 km long and is interpreted to be underlain by significant volumes of ultramafic and mafic dikes and sills that have been injected into a large package of sulphide-bearing clastic metasediments. The first phase of drilling will target "strong magnetic high geophysical features" with well defined conductors, which were highlighted and further refined by two airborne surveys.

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc said that Kiboko Gold Inc has commenced drilling with two rigs on the Fontana portion of their Harricana Project located in Duverny township, Quebec. The Phase 1 exploration program consists of 12,450 metres of drilling at the Fontana area of the project. The planned program consists of 3,945 m of orientated HQ diamond drilling (18 holes) and 8,505 m of 5.5-inch reverse-circulation drilling (64 holes). The Phase 1 exploration program is fully funded and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. Globex maintains a 2% Net Smelter Royalty on the Fontana area.

Alkaline Fuel Cell Power Corp (AFCP) has announced the execution of a letter of intent (LOI) with Progressus Clean Technologies Inc on September 12, 2022, to complete a joint venture (JV) pilot project aimed at providing a solution for natural gas utilities to directly power residential and commercial businesses. The partners intend to use the JV as proof-of-concept for each company’s technologies and assess the ability to combine Progressus' technology with AFCP’s fuel cells to serve residential and small building customers across North America, the company said. "Alkaline Fuel Cell Power is pleased to be working with the talented team at Progressus to combine our respective technologies and accelerate the ability for utility companies to utilize natural gas pipelines for the distribution of hydrogen for residential and commercial customers, more immediately," AFCP CEO Frank Carnevale said in a statement.

Burcon NutraScience Corp (TSX:BU, NASDAQ:BRCN) has provided an update on the production progress and funding of its joint venture (JV), Merit Functional Foods Corporation. Burcon said it has advanced $947,867 to Merit, representing its share of the $3 million financing provided by all the JV’s shareholders in proportion to their equity interest in Merit. The financing addresses anticipated liquidity requirements of Merit as it continues to ramp up production and sales at its state-of-the-art pea and canola protein production facility. "The commitment of all Merit shareholders is reflected in the financing announced today," Peter H. Kappel, Burcon's interim CEO and chairman of the board said in a statement.

CULT Food Science Corp (CSE:CULT, OTCQB:CULTF) has announced that its affiliate, Vevolution, recently played a critical role in Impact Food’s closing of its $500,000 strategic round of financing, with a portion of the round made possible through the use of Vevolution’s Investment Marketplace. Impact Food’s round was listed on Vevolution in March 2022 and it only took a few months to close the financing round, which included an investment from Ahimsa Foundation for $150,000. Other investors include Future Food Fund, Serpentine Ventures, George Sorbek, and Pierre Jouve. "We are very pleased that Vevolution is able to work with both cellular agriculture start-ups and other alternative protein companies like Impact Food and provide them with a platform to connect with investors,” said Lejjy Gafour, CEO of CULT in a statement.

Snowline Gold Corp announced that its acquisition of Yukon Territory exploration assets from StrikePoint Gold Inc (along with targeted staking) has more than doubled its mineral tenure holdings in the Selwyn Basin. The company now owns roughly 254,000 hectares (ha) of mineral tenure holdings. The acquired properties and certain blocks of the newly staked claims are considered to be prospective for reduced-intrusion-related gold systems (RIRGS) similar to its Valley Zone.

Infinity Stone Ventures Corp (CSE:GEMS) (ISV) said it is starting an exploration program focused on initial sampling, assessment and mapping of its Camaro project group in the James Bay region of Quebec. This area consists of the Taiga, Hellcat, and Camaro projects, which are three property blocks covering 3,850 hectares (ha) adjacent to Patriot Battery Metals’ Corvette lithium discovery. ISV said it has engaged the services of Axiom Exploration Group Ltd of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to develop, manage and execute the exploration programs. The 10-day program will consist of initial sampling and mapping of ISV's 21 identified pegmatites across the three claim blocks, as well as working to identify new pegmatites.

Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc (TSX-V:TBRD, OTCQX:THBRF) has announced the appointment of Nelson Huynh to the newly-created role of director of distribution sales. Huynh will license Thunderbird’s animated and live-action kids series from Atomic Cartoons and prime-time scripted series to broadcasters, streamers and other media outlets, with a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America and Asia. He will also work to secure commissions, pre-sales and co-productions for new series from Thunderbird’s animated, scripted and unscripted (Great Pacific Media) series production divisions, the company said. Additionally, Huynh will represent Thunderbird Distribution at major global media markets, beginning with MIPJUNIOR and MIPCOM, which will take place in Cannes, France, from October 15-20.

New Age Metals Inc (TSX-V:NAM, OTCQB:NMTLF) revealed that it has signed a final farm-in/joint venture agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Limited (MRL), a major Australian lithium and iron ore producer. In a statement, New Age Metals CEO Harry Barr said: "The stated mandate for our lithium division since acquisition of our projects was to secure a strategic partner with exploration, development, and production expertise, and this agreement with Mineral Resources Ltd fulfills our objective.”

Nextech AR Solutions Corp said it has received a purchase order for 7,500 3D models with over 50% already delivered and the balance expected to be delivered in early Q4, 2022. The company said this large enterprise order is a testament to its pioneering AI technologies and expertise in creating 3D models for eCommerce. The order is only the first of a much larger significant and ongoing purchase order from this singular giant eCommerce marketplace. The company added that it expects to announce additional add-on orders from this multi-year transformational enterprise deal. In a statement, Nextech AR CEO Evan Gappelberg commented, “A rapidly rising number of large companies within the eCommerce ecosystem are recognizing the game-changing ROI with up to a 93% increase in CTR a 250% increase in conversions and 40% reduction in returns by implementing 3D/AR models on their eCommerce websites."

Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) has reported further positive results from a patient with non-active secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS) being treated with the company’s intranasal foralumab (formerly NI-0401). After receiving intranasal foralumab treatment for six months, the second patient (EA2) with SPMS has shown additional clinical improvements as measured by the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS), a standard clinical assessment, the company said. "Coupled with our PET imaging data demonstrating inhibition of microglial activation, I am truly excited and encouraged by the clinical benefits shown so far for the first two expanded access patients receiving intranasal foralumab for SPMS," commented Gabriele Cerrone, executive chairman and interim chief executive officer of Tiziana in a statement.

Belmont Resources Inc (TSX-V:BEA) told investors it has started the second phase of the 2022 exploration program at its copper-gold Come By Chance (CBC) porphyry project in British Columbia, with a drilling program earmarked to begin sometime before year-end. Geologists are currently at the property 'ground truthing' areas in the central and northern portion, where results so far have suggested that this location is the core of the porphyry system. Data from current work will be added to the database and 3D modeling results will be used to determine more definitive drill targets for an upcoming Phase II drill program.Tocvan Ventures Corp has revealed what investors can expect coming up soon at its projects in Sonora state, Mexico, with preparations for a bulk sample earmarked at its Pilar asset in October and November this year. As reported earlier in September, also planned is a maiden drill program targeting the San Ramon prospect at the company's El Picacho property.

GoviEx Uranium Inc (TSX-V:GXU, OTCQX:GVXXF) said it is one step closer to its principal objective of becoming a significant uranium producer with the release of positive feasibility study (FS) results for its Madaouela uranium project located in Niger. The company said the FS, which was prepared by SRK Consulting (UK) Limited and SGS Bateman Ltd, showed Madaouela is one of the largest uranium resources in the world with 100 million pounds of U3O8 in measured and indicated mineral sources plus inferred resources of 20 million pounds of U3O8. Based on a self-sustaining operation, including a process plant and renewable power supply with no reliance on third-party facilities, the FS showed life of mine (LOM) uranium production of 50.8 million pounds U3O8 averaging 2.67 million pounds U3O8 per annum over 19 years, and LOM earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of US$1.6 billion, at an average annual rate of US$82.6 million and net free cash flow of US$672 million.

American Manganese Inc, doing business as RecycLiCo Battery Materials, and its R&D partner Kemetco Research Inc, said that the leach section of its demonstration plant project has achieved over 99% extraction of lithium, nickel, cobalt, and manganese from lithium-ion battery production scrap. The company said that to date, the demonstration plant has leached a few metric tons worth of lithium-ion battery production scrap, the primary source of recyclable materials, which comes from losses in the battery cell manufacturing process due to incompliant quality. "I'm thrilled with the limits we have been able to push during this pivotal step of our demonstration plant project as it is core to our patented process and a limiting factor that defines the commercial design capacity," commented Zarko Meseldzija, CTO and director of American Manganese in a statement.

Logiq Inc said it has strengthened its position in the high-growth home improvement vertical arena for the electric vehicle (EV) charger installation industry by launching its on-demand digital marketing platform. Think Research Corporation (TSX-V:THNK, OTCQB:THKKF) announced that its BioPharma Services, Inc subsidiary has signed multiple new contracts in the third quarter of 2022 worth about C$12.8 million. The healthcare technology company said the project-based study contracts span several health disciplines, from neurology to oncology to gastrointestinal treatments, and average approximately 12 months in duration.

Skye Bioscience Inc (OTCQB:SKYE) said it has been advised by its contract manufacturer that it has completed the production of SBI-100 Ophthalmic Emulsion (SBI-100 OE) for Skye's phase one clinical trial as a treatment for glaucoma, the world's leading cause of irreversible blindness. The final drug product will be released and available for clinical use in October, following receipt of acceptable results from quality and analytical testing, according to San Diego-based Skye Bio. Skye Bio CEO Punit Dhillon said the company is pleased to complete this step toward enrolling in its first in-human study using the drug.

Vox Royalty Corp (TSX-V:VOX) has initiated its first dividend for shareholders after record quarter royalty receipts. The precious metals royalty company announced it is initiating a dividend of US$0.01 per share starting in the fourth quarter of 2022. The dividend will be paid on November 4, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 21, 2022.

Gratomic Inc has updated investors on the progress at its benching program at the flagship Aukam graphite project in Namibia, where first material has recently been moved to the run-of-mine (ROM) pad. The process sees 'berms' (raised level shelves) cut into the mountain edge to gradually expose underground material and collect graphite in stages while maintaining the stability of the mountain. "During the past several weeks, road construction was completed to the upper part of the mountain, and actual benching of the mountainside began in earnest," the company said.

Royal Helium Ltd (TSX-V:RHC, OTCQB:RHCCF) said it has received a Competent Person's Report (CPR) from Calgary, Alberta-based GLJ Limited dated August 19, 2022, which provides an independent resources assessment and evaluation of its material helium assets to date. Saskatoon-based Royal controls over 1 million acres of prospective helium land across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. The company said the CPR has been compiled in accordance with the guidelines set out in the AIM Note for Mining and Oil and Gas Companies. On August 17, 2022, Royal Helium announced its intention to seek a secondary listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market alongside its current listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, subject to the preparation and acceptance of all the requisite documentation. Royal said it plans to obtain reports on its Climax conventional, Ogema and Val Marie wells in due course as additional work and testing data is compiled.

Golden Shield Resources (CSE:GSRI) Inc said it has commenced its 3,000-metre, Phase III drilling program at the Marudi Mountain property located in southwestern Guyana to target the extension of mineralization at the Mazoa Hill Deposit and the drilling of two new exploration targets, Throne and July. The company said it will also carry out an induced polarization survey consisting of a minimum of 20-line kilometres over the Mazoa, Throne and July prospects. Trenching and field mapping will continue throughout the duration of the drill program.

Therma Bright Inc (TSX-V:THRM, OTC:TBRIF) said it had received payment for the first sales of Venowave, its compact, lightweight deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention device. The biotech firm announced, following the initial order of its updated Venowave product from customers in the US, it received payment. Initial US sales were made under an existing reimbursement code which required preapproval from the patient's insurance provider, Therma Bright said in a statement, which resulted in “longer than optimal” sales cycles both for the patients, their doctors and for Therma Bright, as well as potentially causing some patients to have to pay out of pocket for the devices.

Fidelity Minerals Corp has announced that it is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) to extend the expiry date of 9,925,000 common share purchase warrants issued by the company in connection with a private placement financing that closed on April 12, 2022. The original term of the warrants was six months and currently expires on October 12, 2022. The company proposes to extend the expiry date to April 12, 2023. No other terms of the warrants are to be amended and the exercise price remains at $0.11. The proposed amendment of the warrants is subject to TSXV approval.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc has said it intends to reprice an aggregate of 3,997,333 outstanding common share purchase warrants issued under a private placement that closed on November 25, 2020. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.80 and an expiry date of November 27, 2022. The company will amend the warrant exercise price to $0.1125 per share and extend the warrant expiry date by two years to November 27, 2024. The amendments are subject to approval by the holders of the warrants and by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company also announced that if it obtains the warrant amendment approval, it will institute a warrant exercise incentive program designed to encourage the early exercise of the 3,997,333 warrants. Under the incentive program, the company will offer an inducement to each warrant holder that exercises its warrants during a period of 30 days from receipt of the amendment approval, by the issuance of one additional common share purchase warrant for each warrant exercised during the 30-day period. Each incentive warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of $0.15 for a period of one year from the date of the amendment approval. The incentive warrants will include an accelerated expiry provision such that if, for any ten consecutive trading days during the one-year term of the Incentive Warrants, the closing price of the company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is at least $0.15, the exercise period of the incentive warrants will be reduced to 30 days. The incentive warramt program is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works also said two tonnes of high-grade mineralized material recovered during voluntary surface site rehabilitation at the past-producing Castle and Beaver Mines will be processed at the company's Temiskaming Testing Labs (TTL) high-grade bulk processing facility in Cobalt, Ontario. The TTL facility will also process high-grade silver tailings from the mines along with the recovered mineralized material, the company said. "Having met with South Korean EV (electric vehicle) metal buyers last week and with the TTL bulk processing facility fully commissioned, including the newly installed gravity processing plant, we have begun processing two bulk samples totaling approximately two tonnes mineralized rock recovered from the waste piles and high-grade silver tailings at our Castle and Beaver Mines," the company's CEO Frank J. Basa in a statement.

Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd said it has received TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) approval of its share consolidation and the consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares at a ratio of 15 pre-consolidation shares to 1 post-consolidation share will take effect at the opening of business on September 22, 2022. The company's new CUSIP number is 63902L209, and its new ISIN number is CA63902L2093. Following the consolidation, the company's issued and outstanding common shares will be 22,041,631 common shares. BioVaxys Technology Corp said it has closed the final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement which saw the issuance of 1,350,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $135,000. Including the first tranche of the placement, which completed on August 26, 2022, the company raised total aggregate gross proceeds of $335,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one whole common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable for one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period of 48 months. There were finder's fees totalling $6,400 paid in connection with the final tranche. All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the private placement for working capital.

VanadiumCorp Resources Inc said it has filed documents seeking conditional approval of its $4 million private placement financing, previously announced on July 30, 2022. The company has also filed for approval to close the first tranche of the financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,315,200. On receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval to close this first tranche, the company will issue 4,793,333 $0.12 flow-through (FT) units and 7,400,000 $0.10 non-flow-through (NFT) units. The first tranche of the financing was effected with three insiders, subscribing for a total of $410,000 or 4,100,000 NFT units. Net proceeds from the financing will be used for exploration and metallurgical testing on the company's wholly-owned mineral properties and general corporate purposes. Subject to exchange approval, cash finders' fees in the amount of $41,112 will be paid and 353,600 broker warrants will be issued. All securities issued under the financing will be subject to a four-month hold.

Kenorland Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:KLD) said it has closed the fully subscribed non-brokered million private placement of common shares previously announced on September 9, 2022. A total of $7,492,515 was raised through the sale of 10,703,593 common shares, which included the purchase by Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd of 1,087,738 common shares, representing its full allotment in order to maintain its 10.1% interest in the company under equity participation rights granted to Sumitomo in the investor rights agreement dated November 3, 2021. The proceeds of the placement will be utilized to fund the company's exploration activities on its existing project portfolio and for general working capital. The closing of the placement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance by the TSXV amd the shares issued are subject to a statutory hold period. The company said it paid finder fees of $76,500 in cash to Haywood Securities in respect of portions of the placement.

Soma Gold Corp has announced that the unionized employees at the Company's Operadora Minera SAS subsidiary have elected to go on strike effective immediately. Work at the site stopped on Friday, September 16, 2022. Negotiations continue, and both parties have expressed hope that a resolution can be found quickly. The Colombian Ministry of Labor is assisting in mediating a settlement, the company added.

Soma Gold Corp said that unionized employees at its Operadora Minera SAS subsidiary have elected to go on strike, effective immediately. Work at the site stopped on Friday, September 16, 2022. Negotiations continue and both parties have expressed hope that a resolution can be found quickly. The Colombian Ministry of Labor is assisting in mediating a settlement.

Deep-South Resources Inc (TSX-V:DSM) announced that it will close a first tranche in a new non-brokered private placement amounting to $264,000. The offering will comprise up to 15 million units at $0.05 per unit for a total of up to $750,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.10 for 36 months from the date of closing of the private placement. Each security issued has a mandatory four month hold period from the date of closing of the placement. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for further exploration on the projects in Zambia and for general working capital.
