SoLVBL Solutions CEO Kaiser Akbar joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to purchase Darkhorse Films Limited which operates in the United Kingdom. Akbar telling Proactive the acquisition of this company opens up a lucrative revenue stream in digital film, content production and distribution markets. The company says they take its Q by SoLVBL platform which will be integrated into the Darkhorse technology platform to ensure security of the digital media assets.
