NexTech AR Solutions CEO Evan Gappelberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update the IPO spin-out the company’s spatial computing platform ARway. Gappelberg telling Proactive the Canadian Securities Exchange has given the new company conditional approval to list using the stock ticker “ARWY” Trading is expected to begin in October following and annual general meeting which is schedule for October 12th. Gaappelbeg also says ARway is looking to be duel listed on the OTCQB and the Frankfurt exchange.
