Center Parcs has reversed its decision to boot customers out on the day of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral following anger from holidaymakers online.
The holiday destination said it made the decision to allow its employees to be a part of this historic moment as well as to show its respect.
Center Parcs originally said that guests would have to leave its five sites for 24 hours from 10 am on Monday.
However, the group faced a backlash from holidaymakers, which would have forced some to leave halfway through their stay before having to return, forcing it to reverse its decision.
"We have, however, reviewed our position regarding the very small number of guests who are not due to depart on Monday, and we will be allowing them to stay in our villages rather than having to leave and return on Tuesday,” it said in a statement.
