Data analytics specialist 4GLOBAL PLC (AIM:4GBL) has launched of the latest iteration of its Social Value Calculator (SVC).
It is designed to give leisure providers a tool to measure and provide evidence of the social value created from investment in sport and physical activity.
"Our new SVC (v3) is part of our ongoing programme of upgrades to assist clients in making investment decisions and helping them assess whether their investments are achieving the criteria set for them,” said chief executive Eloy Mazon.
4Global describes itself as a services and software company focused on major sporting events and the promotion and measurement of physical activity
What in essence this means is it developed a method of analysing the impact of a sporting project big or small with accuracy.
It's Social Value Calculator assesses the health, wellbeing, educational and social benefits experienced by people, communities and society generally through physical activity.
