ENDEXX Corp. (OTC:EDXC) CEO Todd Davis tells Proactive's Stephen Gunnion that the acquisition of a controlling stake in nicotine-free vape producer Hyla US Holdco Ltd will add 10 new countries to the company's international distribution network.
This will provide further leverage for the sale of the company’s skincare line for men, Blesswell, as well as for its hemp-derived products marketed under the CBD Unlimited brand, Davis said.
The acquisition is expected to contribute significantly to the company's consolidated revenues, he added.
"Vape is a very popular product," Davis said. "Our feeling right now is that we're going to be able to add initially anywhere from $2 to $5 million of revenue."
