Following the tragic passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain will now enter a 10-day period of mourning before her funeral at Westminster Abbey.
Official details regarding a timeline of events will be released by Buckingham Palace over the coming days, but here is a breakdown of what is likely to occur, and what has been confirmed so far.
Like top-flight football, boxing this weekend set to take place at the O2 arena in London has also been postponed.
The box office fight between Claressa Shields and Savannah Marshall has now been pushed back, with 15 October the touted day for the bout.
However, Rugby Union will be going ahead this weekend after issuing a statement that said teams and supporters will "come together to honour Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II."
"Rugby, at its heart, is about community and bringing people together, in good times and in sad."

Selfridges announced that all its stores will be closed today to pay its respects to Queen Elizabeth II.
The luxury retailer closed early yesterday and said it would stay closed before reopening at the weekend.
“Our stores will remain closed all day on Friday 9th September and reopen on Saturday 10th September with our usual opening hours,” a statement said.
“Queen Elizabeth has been a reassuring constant throughout our lives, ascending to the throne on 6 February 1952, making her the longest-reigning monarch in British history.”
“Over the past 70 years, Her Majesty has been dedicated to the service of our country and the Commonwealth, demonstrating an enormous sense of duty and commitment.”

8.18am: What to expect
Bank holiday
A bank holiday will likely be declared for the day of her funeral, although it is currently unclear what day that will be.
Usually, it takes place 10 or 11 days after the passing, meaning 18 or 19 September, coinciding with the funeral.
If a bank holiday is announced, schools and businesses will likely close.
Schools, however, until then, will remain open, the Department for Education confirmed.
Events
Sporting events scheduled for today, including the English Football League championship game, have been cancelled.
An announcement by the Premier League is expected shortly to confirm this weekend’s fixtures will be cancelled, although it remains to be seen whether the subsequent round of games will also be called off.
Other sporting events, including racing and golf fixtures, have been postponed today.
Stage six of the tour of Britain cycling race will not take place today, while the second day of the Test Match between England and South Africa has also been postponed, with no confirmation if the rest of the game will continue.
Sporting events will also be cancelled on the day of her funeral.
Theatres, however, are expected to remain open over the weekend, with a minute of silence before shows as a mark of respect.
LSE
The stock exchange said it will be business as usual, but that it will notify the markets ahead should there be any subsequent updates.
In the event of a bank holiday, the market will close for trading.
Strikes
Rail strikes which were planned for 15 and 17 September have been cancelled as a mark of respect, The Rail, Maritime and Transport union announced.
Postal Strikes set to take place today have also been cancelled by the Communication Workers Union.
