As a result of the disposition of the Gander shares pursuant to the distribution, Sassy now holds 35,328,776 Gander shares and no convertible securities. Sassy's non-diluted shareholdings now represent about 46.67% of the company's issued and outstanding shares.

Gold Basin Resources Corporation (TSX-V:GXX) said column leach metallurgical testwork carried out by Kappes Cassiday & Associates (KCA) on diamond core samples from the Cyclopic area of its Gold Basin project in Arizona has confirmed high gold recoveries. The company reported gold extractions up to 80% after 67 to 72 days of leach, with gold extractions between 50% and 70% after seven days in leach. Agglomeration and compaction tests showed all agglomerated samples passed percolation tests up to 100 metres dump height, with the KCA standard height recommendation being 40 metres.

Talon Metals Corp has reported the discovery of "more thick, high-grade" nickel-copper mineralization in an area outside the main resource at its Tamarack project in Minnesota. The firm has unveiled assays from 14 new drill holes in the CGO West area of the property. One hole hit an impressive interval of 29.39 metres (m), from 180.27m depth, which graded 1.71% nickel, 0.98% copper and 0.05% cobalt. The nickel-equivalent grade was 2.21%.
Electra Battery Materials Corporation (TSX-V:ELBM, NASDAQ:ELBM) has released highlights of a scoping study prepared by a global engineering firm supporting the creation of an integrated electric vehicle (EV) battery materials park in Ontario, Canada. The scoping study examined the construction of a battery-grade nickel sulphate refinery in Ontario by 2025 to 2026 that would include nickel, cobalt and manganese refining, recycling of battery black mass materials, and precursor cathode active material (pCAM) manufacturing, the company said. Capital costs to build an integrated facility producing 10,000 tonnes per annum of nickel sulphate and nickel equivalent pCAM materials, which could support domestic manufacturing of up to 250,000 fully electric vehicles per year, are anticipated to be between US$550 and $650 million.

The company and Harmony Gold (NYSE:HMY) Exploration are working through the conditions for closing, including the completion of an NI 43-101 technical report and obtaining local regulatory licencing approvals in PNG. Closing the deal also remains subject to Kainantu, at its discretion, sourcing funding of up to US$1 million. Of this, only US$500,000 is required to pay Harmony for 100% of Kili Teke in order to close the transaction. A US$100,000 deposit has been paid.
Blue Sky Uranium Corp has announced assay results from the third and final tranche of a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Ivana Deposit of its wholly-owned Amarillo Grande Uranium-Vanadium Project (AGP) in Rio Negro Province, Argentina. This tranche of drilling returned 2,042 samples from 209 holes averaging 9.3 meters (m) of depth. It tested the lower drill hole density at the margins of, and within, the western portion of the Ivana deposit, as well as the potential expansion of the deposit to the west.

Kootenay Silver Inc has announced the final batch of results from the Phase 4 drilling program at its Columba high-grade silver project in Mexico, which included 5,840 grams per tonne (g/t) silver over 2.5 meters (m) within 34.5m of 540 g/t silver. The exploration company said the current drill results successfully extend known mineralization along strike and beneath existing drilling at both the D Vein and B Vein targets, while continuing to demonstrate wide intervals of significant silver mineralization in wallrock zones adjacent to the target veins, a feature often seen in mineralized drill intercepts across the project.

The company may, for a period of 15 months after the closing of the transaction, acquire a further 0.5% GRR on the Zonia project for a $3 million cash consideration. In addition, the company may also, at any time within 24 months following the date of a qualifying technical report on the Zonia North copper project in Arizona, acquire a 1.0% GRR on mining claims comprising the Zonia North copper project for an additional payment of $3 million in cash to the vendor.
Plurilock Security Inc said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the share purchase agreement dated October 21, 2021, as amended on November 30, 2021, and August 26, 2022. Under the terms of the agreement, the company acquired certain assets from an arm's-length vendor. The acquired assets include, but are not limited to, intellectual property, licensing agreements, customers, tangible personal property, goodwill, on-line accounts and websites. Unigold Inc said it has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units of the company at a price of $0.08 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.6 million. The company said the proceeds from the offering will be used to fund continued exploration and development on its Neita Concession in the Dominican Republic, and for general working capital purposes.
