BioVaxys Technology Corp. (CSE:BIOV, OTCQB:BVAXF) has named veteran financial executive Craig Loverock as its new CFO, the company announced.
Loverock brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience in Canada, the US and the UK. He currently provides senior financial and advisory services as CFO to several Canadian public and private corporations, the company said.
"With extensive financial reporting and management experience in a number of CSE, TSX-V and NASDAQ-listed companies, Craig Loverock is an excellent addition to our leadership team as BioVaxys prepares for a wave of potential growth and development,” BioVaxys CEO James Passin said in a statement.

“I want to thank outgoing CFO Lachlan McCleod for his invaluable contributions to BioVaxys since the company's initial public listing and wish him the best of luck in the future,” Passin said.
