Goldshore Resources Inc (TSX-V:GSHR, OTCQB:GSHRF) said drill results from its ongoing 100,000-metre (m) drill program at its Moss Lake project in Ontario have confirmed high-grade gold mineralization within a large volume of well mineralization diorite in the Main Zone.
Best intercepts included 29.05m at 2.99 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 478.6m depth, including 13.5m at 6.08 g/t gold from 481.25m, and 16.4m at 1.87 g/t gold from 415.6m depth, including 6.65m at 4.09 g/t gold from 416.15m.
The company said the better intercepts were all centered around 12 very high-grade gold zones that represent the axis of the shear network, including 1m at 22.0 g/t gold from 418m in MMD-22-033, 1m at 17.7 g/t gold from 349m in MMD-22-040, and 0.75m at 88.6 g/t gold from 481.25m in MMD-22-045.

Goldshore CEO Brett Richards said the company continued to intersect wide zones of over 1 g/t gold mineralization that underpinned its belief that the Moss Lake deposit had the potential to develop an initial high-grade phase 1 open pit within the larger low-grade open pit operation.
“It can be seen that the projected grade shell of +1 g/t Au is significant at this early stage, and we will look to expand upon these exploration results, as we continue with our program,” Richards said.
Goldshore VP exploration Pete Flindell added that the results from the drill program confirmed the company’s understanding of geological controls, which show grade decreasing away from a network of anastomosing shears.
“This has enabled us to more accurately model high-grade gold zones within the deposit using an implicit modelling algorithm,” he said.
Goldshore is an emerging junior gold development company that owns the Moss Lake gold project located in Ontario.
