BANXA Holdings Inc has said it is “accelerating” its Web3 payment solutions into the US market.
The online payments and on/off ramp solutions provider revealed that US local acquiring has been activated, lowering costs from foreign exchange fees and payments to intermediaries and increasing conversion rates and customers.
As well, comprehensive payments coverage is now available to BANXA's partners and customers operating in the US market, including credit card and wire transfer, with instant ACH to be released “imminently,” according to the company.

These payment methods will result in higher conversion rates and an improved customer experience, BANXA told shareholders.
Additionally, BANXA said it had lodged another 28 Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs), bringing the total to 40. MTLs legally allow BANXA to effectively execute its business model in the US without leveraging third-party intermediaries, and increases regulatory presence in the market.
On the corporate front, BANXA said it has appointed a US Chief Compliance Officer, US Chief Operating Officer, and US Chief Technology Officer, with a US Chief Financial Officer to be appointed imminently. All team members are based in the company's US operating headquarters located in Reno, Nevada, BANXA said.
"Since the company's founding in 2014, BANXA has taken the long view, focusing on mastering and simplifying the complexity of payments, conversions, compliance, and regulations for crypto and Web3,'' said Holger Arians, CEO of BANXA in a statement.
"I am as confident as ever in BANXA's future and look forward to our continued growth-especially as we continue to build our presence in the United States," he added.
