OKYO Pharma Limited's Gary S Jacob talked to Proactive about the company's collaboration with US group AmbioPharm.
The pair will be working on an investigational new drug filing for dry eye disease treatment OK-101, which will pave the way for a human trial early next year.
Talking to presenter Katie Pilbeam, Jacob explained how beneficial it will be able to move straight on to a phase II trial, 'leap-frogging' the normal phase I study.
