Parabellum Resources Ltd (ASX:PBL) Peter Secker tells Proactive that they are well advanced on a scoping study for the company's key rare earths project in Mongolia, which is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. A drilling program is also due to start imminently to collect a 50-tonne bulk sample for a definitive feasibility study due to start next year.
