Zamaz PLC (LSE:ZAMZ), the retail tech company, said it successfully admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange last Friday.
The group thanked its strategic adviser for its help in the listing, Epsion Capital, as well as Atlas Capital Markets “for their key financial support”, including providing a £15mln convertible loan note facility to fund its growth strategy.
“With Zamaz we identified a group that also encompasses a leading position in sustainability - one of the pillars of MAX's own investment strategy,” said Dominic White, founder and chief executive of Maximum Return System Group, its main shareholder.
“We are supporting Zamaz with a long-term commitment to back the company's ongoing expansion and growth."
Richard Day, chairman of Epsion Capital added, “We are looking to encourage further institutional and retail investors to join in this exciting opportunity.”
