Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF), the AIM-listed company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology for use in the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries, said it appointed Richard Horsman as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 September.
Horsman brings over 25 years of AIM and main market experience, having worked in executive and non-executive roles across a variety of businesses and industries.
He has delivered both organic and acquisition-based growth that will support Eden in delivering on its strategic objectives, the company said in a statement.
