East Star Resources chief executive Alex Walker talks through the "absolutely phenomenal" results from an analysis of rock chips collected from its five volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) licences in the Rudny Altai region of Kazakhstan.
He says the results showed exceptionally high grades of copper, lead, zinc, gold and silver in the rock chips from Talovskaya.
He explains the significance of the Talovskaya target which was originally mined in 1775 with the last mining taking place in 1896 and the last exploration in 1992 with outstanding results such as 22% copper equivalent.
