Cambridge Cognition lands £2.2mln contract

Details of the end customer were not revealed; however, Cambridge Cognition said it was the same company that inked a £2.1mln deal in February

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC (AIM:COG) said it landed a £2.2mln contract to provide cognitive assessments and electronic diaries for a neurodegenerative disease trial.

Specifically, it will deliver the technology for a hybrid study, combining in-clinic with at-home evaluations.

Details of the end customer were not revealed; however, Cambridge Cognition said it was the same company that inked a £2.1mln deal in February.

"We are pleased to have further strengthened our relationship with this pharmaceutical customer that is committed to tackling neurodegenerative disease,” said chief executive Matthew Stork.

“Cambridge Cognition has a strong history of delivering cognitive assessments in the field, traditionally in clinics and now also at home.

“The quick succession of large contracts from this customer is a testament to both the efficacy of our products and quality of our service."

Revenues from this latest transaction will be recognised over the next two financial years, investors were told.
