Bridgeline Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BLIN) CEO Ari Kahn told Proactive's Stephen Gunnion that he's increased his equity holding in the company to 7% following 10 open-market purchases this year of 300,000 shares worth over $400,000.
After filing an a Schedule 13D with the Securities and Exchange Commission, reflecting his new stature as a shareholder with more than 5% of the company's equity shares, Kahn told Proactive the purchases demonstrate his confidence in the company's future.
