Paul Larbey from Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) joins Proactive to talk through the acquisition of the global payments business of Japanese mobile phone network operator NTT DOCOMO.
The revenue contribution from the transaction will be US$5mln in 2022, rising to US$16mln in 2023, while "really expanding" the number of merchants on the platform and also the geographies where it operates.
It accelerates our growth plans by two years, says Larbey.
