Dr Ilien Iliev, CEO at Net Scientific PLC, joined Proactive London to run through the details of portfolio company PDS Biotech's latest funding news.
PDS is a company NetScientific has backed since it was a university spin-out, he said, and has made tremendous progress over the last two years culminating in the FDA giving it a fast-track Phase 3 trial on one of its lead candidates.
The funding was also achieved against a backdrop of US and UK markets experiencing some of the toughest conditions seen in a decade, he adds, but that has not been a problem for PDS.
